This is my first Weber grill, and I’m impressed. It heats up fast and evenly and cleaning seems to be very easy. Cost was a little more than what I wanted to pay, but it seems justified.

I really like this new grill. Each control knob has its own lighting mechanism for a more accurate and less explosive lighting. The grill size is perfect for my grilling needs and the surface area seems very easy to clean. The only issue I’m deciding if I like or not is the drip tray is rather large and removes from the back of the grill, not out the front door like my last grill did and the drip tray also has the drip pan fixture attached to the bottom of the tray making it larger heavier and somewhat awkward to remove, instead of the older model I had where the drip tray and pan are two separate components you could remove separately. Other than that it cooks great and so far very satisfied, would have received 5 stars if not for this drip tray issue.

Still learning to use my new Weber. (Always had less expensive brands in the past)A little disappointed that it doesn't get as hot as I'd like. Perhaps it's just mine. Also not a fan of the veggie tray not being able to stay up. Always comes down by default when you close the lid which is pretty disappointing

I got what I think was a pretty good deal on this grill, however there was some mis-information from the place of purchase. I do find the grill to not be as hot as I had hoped. One really needs to use the SEAR burners to cook meat well. The grill over all heats pretty evenly, however I am still learning how to use it most efficiently. I have hope I will enjoy many years of use from this grill. It replaces a Kenmore which I had for almost 10 years.

I cannot get the burners of this new grill to light. The ignitors all work but somehow gas is not getting to the burners. Weber has not been all that helpful in fixing this problem.
