Great grill. I had a 20+ year old spirit that just was tired. I replaced it with a cheaper off brand one that totally sucked from day 1 and within 3 years it rotted out. I stayed never again and bought this Spirit that does an amazing job of grilling.
This is the first Weber grill I’ve purchased and it is by far one of the best grills I’ve owned. Very durable, cooks evenly throughout and easy to use. I highly recommend if you never tried a Weber to give this one a chance.
This grill is basic and comes with no extras. That’s what I like the most about it. It is a four burner grill that is built extremely well that I love. It doesn’t take up a ton of room on my deck and so far it has worked perfectly. I am very glad I went with Weber over Mastercraft.
Definitely a good grill. I'm pleased with its performance. The assembly instructions are a bit confusing as one section displays the right side of the grill on the left in the images. I get it's showing the back side of the grill, but that should be made clearer. 20 years as a mechanic, so it's not like I don't know how to do this sort of thing. Also, the gas connector was out of alignment so the pipe would've had to be kinked to fit. I had to loosen the nuts on the connector to rotate it to the correct position to bolt it to the side of the grill (7/8 wrenches, by the way).
In other words - buy it assembled - but make sure whoever assembled it didn't kink the gas line between the connector and the burners.
