This gas grill does everything I want from a grill. It heats up quick, has even heat across the burners and is flexible with four separate temperature controls which allows for very easy indirect cooking.

Very Disappointed

I bought the E425 2 weeks ago to replace an old Genesis which I had rebuilt a few times. I was excited about the new sear feature. I’ve followed instructions and can get the grill up to 550-575 degrees. After 5 attempts I’ cannot get meat to sear or brown, no grill marks. Basically just baking the meat.id love to return for a higher end product.Old grill was far superior.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought the Weber Spirit E-425 propane grill as our old grill was just a cheap one to get us through for a bit. I am amazed at how great the grill is. It cooks evenly, heat is great and I am not disappointed at how great the Weber brand is. I would highly recommend a Weber grill and will purchase another one when needed.

I have owned 3 Weber grills over the past 38 years and have always been more than satisfied with the product. I recently purchased another Weber and I feel let down; this grill takes twice as long to warm up to cooking temperature and the heat distribution from side to side is inconsistent. I do not recommend this model.

I had a Weber Grill for many years and loved it. It became to old to replace more and more parts so it was time to buy a new grill. I am disappointed with the waste catch system designed under one side of the cooking grills. It seems very weak and flimsy so I have no idea how many years this will actually last. Also, the feature slides and unbeknownst to me it had moved out of position and grease was all over the inside compartment and gas tank. What a mess!!

I like the fact that each knob has its own electric starter. Cooking on it is great. We had a minor problem with the propane tank. It’s awkward for a 75 year old to put it on. Our last Weber had the tank on the outside and it was much easier. Overall, we love ‘Weber and have had several throughout the years.
