I purchased this grill due to the price, number of burners and quality of Weber products. It’s my first gas grill ever so I didn’t want to jump in with a huge investment in a larger grill. Since receiving the grill I think I’ve cooked on it 3-4 times a week. I’ve tried a variety of different recipes and it’s knocking them all out of the park. It has a couple sear burners but honestly I wonder if they’re necessary because the grill heats up so nicely. When reverse searing steaks it does a great job without using the sear settings. The only two knocks I have against it are that the front of the grill doesn’t get as hot as the back and the starters can take quite a few attempts to work. Overall this grill is just what I was hoping it would be!
For the most part, this grill is in line with the high quality expected from Weber. Minus a star for the cheap plastic wheels on one side & lack of casters on the other side. As a result its very awkward to move.
We brought this grill when we needed to replace one that we had for 10 years. I wish we brought a Weber long ago. This one is great and we are very happy to have this grill. I like it a lot better than our old one. It cooks much better and is well build. I guess you get what you pay for. Even though the Webber is more expensive than other grills depending on the grill that is, it's worth saving for in the long run. I like the way it cooks the food weather it is meat or vegs You have mor control over the food on the grill. Believe me we went through a lot of them in the years. Buy one and you will be happy you did. I have friends that have and still do for a long time
