I love this grill. I took one star off because there is no back to the cabinet. Otherwise, this is a great grill. Plenty of room for cooking for two and usually four (depends on how many types of food are on the grill). It is easy to start the burners. The grate surfaces are a little flat, so vegetables or shrimp or other small things don’t fall through as easily. The top rack is great for toasting buns while the burgers are finishing up. The front cabinet door keeps things looking neat. I like the hole on the cabinet floor for the propane tank—I could never seem to get the tank on the weighted hook of my old grill and just keep a second tank for the unexpected need for a new one. I haven’t tried the searing feature yet. My last Weber grill lasted 22 years. I’m happy with this replacement.
1st Weber for me and i'm really pleased! I did a lot of research and compared the other brand in house (even shaked them!). The Weber are by far the sturdier. Really love the cast iron grid. Time will tell but I love it. One thing though, it seems that the 425/435 series is a bit forgotten accessories-wise. I was looking for a plancha plate... They are either made for the smaller Spirits, or for the Genesis. Can say for sure it will fit or not the 425/435.
I love it! It’s a bit bigger than my last one. I’ve only had it for a month but it cooks evenly and everything is delicious. My previous Weber lasted 20 years.
The appearance is very nice and it does cook well. I feel based on my previous Duane grill the quality of the SS is very light and the door somewhat flimsy.
Great grill! This is my first natural gas grill and I couldn't be happier with it. It seems to burn much cleaner, easy cleanup, and the food tastes great. My only suggestion is that Weber needs to design a cady the connects to the spirit E-425.
