New Weber Grill has been excellent, no problems, no flame flair ups, easy to start grille with direct gas line to home natural gas connection. I would give five star rating to 2025 Weber grill.
Love the new grill. It replaced a 19 year old Weber. The sear burners worked well and today I am slow cooking baby back ribs using the cool side for the ribs. A learning curve in keeping a constant 325 using the first two burners.
Still getting used to this model , so far it doesn't heat up amd cook as well as my previous Genesis grill did . Not sure I'm a fan of the sear zone .

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing a Weber grill! Your grill should easily reach 450F, which is hot enough to cook and sear.
It sounds like your grill may be in a safety mode known as “bypass." What’s happening is that the regulator thinks there’s a gas leak, so it reduces the pressure.
Perform a soapy water leak test to check for leaks. If there is no leak, follow these instructions to reset the bypass safety mode. This is not only the reset, but how you want to light your grill each and every time.
Open the lid Make sure all knobs are in the off position Turn your LP tank on all the way Wait 60 seconds Turn the first burner to start/high (9:00 position) Hit your igniter Turn on remaining burners one at a time and set each to high Close the lid Let your grill preheat to 450°F

This was an upgrade to a 15 year old 3 burner Spirit that I gave to my son in law (moving company would not move it). Not surprisingly the build quality seems just as good as the old one and all of my accessories fit. The only thing notable to me is the this NG grill does not seem to burn as hot as the old propane model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this yesterday and can't figure out why it gets up to 500 degrees on low. Had an issue getting it to light at first, finally got it lit. I then seasoned the grates on low and the temperature hovered around 500 degrees. I replaced my old Spirit 3 burner with this one and I never ran into this issue. Is this the normal temp for low?

Thank you for your feedback! We understand your concern and we are here to help with temperature control.
New grills are more reflective inside and tend to run hotter. To reduce the temperature, try turning off one or more main burners and setting the others to low.

We have had weber grills for over 35 years the last was a Summit Platinum 20 years. This spirit E-425 is just fabulous. for us great size good cooking surface the sear feature is good. My only issue is the location of the propane tank, every other grill we had it hung under the shelf which made changing easy. This is inside and we are in our 80's and not as mobile so it's very difficult to lift and change. We are active and cook on it several times a week. I would buy a convrsion kit if available.
Good sized cooking area, grill is very well made. The only thing I would change is to make the wheels a tad thicker but they function fine. Grill heats up to 700 degrees if needed . The sear zone feature is great. The handle on-top of the grill is sturdy ,feels like your opening a Buick! Grill cooks evenly all the time . Overall it beats out competitors options ,this is our third spirit grill each one got 10 plus years of heavy grilling and then some and hopefully this one will too.
