Quick, Clean, and Quiet

All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG. Superb dishwasher! Love the fact that it's able to quickly and effectively wash dishes in about an hour. On a regular cycle, I feel like it's able to clean much better, dry better, and end with less water spots than our previous dishwasher, making it an instant upgrade to our cooking / cleaning routine. It also has new features like special jets for cleaning tumblers and bottles plus a handy, adjustable 3rd rack. It's also super quiet and sleek in style, making us wanting to upgrade the rest of our kitchen appliances to match!

All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG. After using the LG LDNTH862S for a bit, I can honestly say I’m really happy with it. The cleaning performance is the first thing that stood out to me. The QuadWash Pro system actually does make a difference — even dishes I used to pre-scrub come out spotless. I’ve thrown in some pretty tough, baked-on stuff just to test it, and it handled everything without a problem.
The 1-Hour Wash & Dry cycle has been surprisingly useful. On busy weeknights or when I need clean dishes quickly, it’s nice not having to wait two or three hours for a full cycle. And it’s extremely quiet — at 39 dB, I often forget it’s running until the chime goes off at the end.
Drying is solid too. Most things come out completely dry thanks to the AutoVent feature, which pops the door open a bit at the end of the cycle. The only exception is lightweight plastics, which still sometimes hold a little moisture — but honestly, I haven’t owned a dishwasher that gets plastic totally perfect, so this isn’t surprising.
I also like the overall layout and flexibility. The adjustable third rack comes in handy for utensils and small odds and ends, and I can usually fit everything from a big dinner into a single load. The hidden controls and clean exterior give it a sleek look that fits nicely with the rest of my kitchen.
The only real downside is the price. It’s definitely on the higher end, but considering the features, the performance, and the low noise level, I feel like I got what I paid for.
Overall: I’m very pleased with the LDNTH862S. It’s quiet, efficient, fast when I need it to be, and consistently leaves everything looking great. If you’re looking for a high-quality dishwasher and don’t mind spending a bit more, I’d absolutely recommend it.

Super quiet dishwasher!

All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG. The dishwasher is incredibly quiet you have to do a double take to walk up to it and check they it’s on! Not sure if it’s just my unit but when the steam function is in the steam comes out from the cavity and creates water droplets underneath the lip of my countertop which is not ideal, even without the steam on some water droplets from the final cycle does escape. I’m still learning the capabilities but overall seems to be a quality product.

I’m very happy with this dishwasher so far. The look is sleek, easy to read display. The 1 hour cycle is awesome, especially with the holidays approaching. Great for between courses! Large capacity with flexible options for loading since the spindles can be put down for odd shaped or oversized dishes.
The blast zone for bottles is a great feature. The interior light is fantastic, love that. Dishwasher
is very quiet when it runs and the door self opening feature at the end of a cycle promotes quicker and complete drying. Dishes come out sparkling!
All in all a great product.

Clean Dishes, Quick Cycles, and Quiet Operation

We are surprised by the fact that even when we are in a hurry and have just about an hour, that we can get dishes so clean! Maybe it's now even faster than handwashing? And when using the a regular cycle, we can feel that it's able to clean and dry so much better than our old dishwasher. Besides those core dishwasher features, things like the special jets for bottles and adjustable 3rd rack add to the effectiveness and usefulness of this model. This model is also very quiet and looks really minimal and sleek - making it an instant upgrade to our kitchen!
