Inconsistent to Poor Cleaning

This is the worst dishwasher I've ever used. It doesn't matter if I use the third rack for utensils or the basket in the bottom, it will never fully clean them. There is always food left over on every bowl, no matter where it is placed or positioned and the only thing it consistently cleans is plates. It barely touches anything in the front left section of the second rack, as there are times whatever we place there was only half cleaned in certain areas.
The only good about it is the prongs are adjustable on all three racks and it is quiet, however every cycle bowls and utensils are never cleaned fully.

Noisy for 39 Db

For a 39Db machine something is wrong! This is loud during many parts of the cycles. I have had service come 3 times and still noisy. You would think after 3 times coming out to try to figure out what’s wrong they would replace it. Nope. Coming out again to try to fix.

BOTTOM RACK DOES NOT STAY ON TRACKS

This thing is a piece of work. THE BOTTOM RACK DOES NOT STAY ON ITS TRACK. Not even half-loaded, the wheels go off - the whole rack is too narrow?! We've gotten the entire rack stuck multiple times because it's fallen off. You can't roll the rack out without one side falling off. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Misaligned bottom rack

We like our new LG dishwasher with just one exception. Too many times, when we pull out the bottom rack to load dirty dishes, it becomes off the "guide rails/wheel tracks" and I found myself having to lift the bottom rack to recenter or properly align it in order to push it back into the dishwasher. When full loaded, it is quite heavy to lift and readjust. Any suggestions??? Thanks, Jeff G.

Beautiful Design and Amazing Performance

I’ve been really impressed with this dishwasher so far. The sleek design instantly made my kitchen feel more modern and built-in, and I love how seamlessly it fits with my cabinetry. Performance-wise, the 1-hour wash and dry cycle is a huge game changer — dishes come out sparkling clean and table-ready much faster than my previous dishwasher.
The cleaning power is seriously noticeable too. The high-pressure jets do an amazing job tackling stuck-on food, and the TrueSteam feature helps keep glasses and dishes looking spotless with far fewer water spots. I’ve also been pleasantly surprised by how dry everything comes out when the cycle finishes.
Another standout is the adjustable 3rd rack. It makes loading awkward utensils, long flatware, and small cups so much easier and helps maximize space throughout the entire dishwasher. The floor status indicator is also a small but super helpful touch since it’s so quiet while running.

Great for kids Stanley tumblers

I am a friend of an LG employee, and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG.
That being said, Really happy with this new dishwasher so far. The top rack is actually useful — the stepped design fits my kids’ Stanley bottle lids flat, which I didn’t even think about but makes a big difference.
Also love that it cracks the door open at the end and runs a fan — way less water sitting in Tupperware now. Little things, but they add up.
It’s got a bunch of features with some nice color accents that make it feel kind of high-tech without being over the top. Install was pretty easy too, did it myself and the leveling feet made it simple to get everything lined up.
Overall, just a really solid upgrade
