Doesn't dry well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't get any of my loads to dry well. It takes multiple dries to dry clothes and still some are dry and some damp still. Sheets as well as towels loads all tangle in each other, making it very hard to separate, very wrinkled, and not well dried. I have not been impressed with this dryer and regret my purchase decision.
Steam settings leave my clothes very wet after the drying cycle is "done."
It does have a lot of cool potential features if it were to work properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
