Never worked

I purchased the dryer in early July. It hasn't worked yet after almost eight weeks. Warranty claim sent out twice. Last time tech came out was almost three weeks ago. Now dealing with Presidential Lison Team which yielded several texts and no action in over a week. Eight weeks without a dryer or resolution!

Airflow Sensory Failure D90 or D80

Less than year of use this dryer, keep constantly failing airflow sensor error code shows d80 or d90. Cleaned every corner, inside machine, including house duct systems, nothing works. I loved LG machines are reliable and last longer. I am not happy with technology advances it keeps failing the machine performance. According to LG’s quote “Life is good”, it is great, but my life is very miserable with broken or malfunctioned dyer at the house. Life is not so good! Before you buy the dryer, please don't get excited about advanced technologies, instead do your research and find reliable one that doesn't fail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not the person you wanted to review this product. I bought it on 4/17. It was delivered on 5/19 but it had the wrong pedestals (which I know was not your fault) they were ordered and came on 5/25. Your guys came out and installed it checked it and all was fine. I washed one load which was great but the second load did not finish the dry cycle and came up with the code d80. One of your guys came out and made sure it was installed correctly which it was. They ran the dryer check and all was fine. I tried to was another load and the same thing happened one load good and the next bad. I Had someone clean out the vent. Ran the check and all was well. The next load again came up with d80. I have washed 5 loads and got this code on 3 of them. I have finally gotten some one to come out on Tuesday so we shall see. The check cycle still says it is fine. So from 4/17 until 6/49 I have done my laundry at my daughters house. Sorry to give this type of review but I am frustrated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sensor Dry setting clothing restrictions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was suppose to get this delivered & installed in 2 weeks. It was a month before I got it delivered. Then I find out from a LG product support rep that the Delicates Sensor Dry setting is only for synthetic materials, lingerie. I cannot use Delicates (the only low heat sensor dry setting) for lightweight cotton tshirts or anything cotton. It will not dry cotton clothes according to LG. I owned a LG washer & dryer for over 10 years, but since that time LG product quality has gone down. After this experience, I learned that LG products are not worth the money anymore. I will no longer purchase LG products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
