I bought this pair because my parents have the same model and I had a chance to use theirs and liked them. But the washer - it is out of balance all the time. The suggested remedies don't work and I don't have the tool to make adjustments as my parents do. The washer is so heavy I can't move it back in place. Very disappointed with the washer. How do I get service for it?

The LG online help center is also useless. I do not like being unable to adjust the temperature on the various settings...!

Also with the Wi-Fi app it would be nice to have a feature that could turn the dryer on from the app to fluff up the clothes.

The frustration is that although it shows that it's connected to the house wi-fi, and I can follow wash progress, it no longer reports when a load is finished, and it stopped recording cycle history.

This feature has really improved our throughput and we are doing a much better job keeping up with laundry!
