[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set based on LG's reputation and very glad I did. The dryer is so quiet I keep checking to see if its running and it dries quickly. The various settings are ideal for what I need. Its so pretty, too! I will add that the only thing I did not like was the energy saving feature and I was able to disable that.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings, Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these to replace my LG Tromm front loaders that were 16 years old when the washer finally gave out (the dryer was still running well!). The fact that my original ones lasted that long and never broke down in 16 years made me buy another LG set. After 2 weeks with the new set I am very happy with my purchase. I think they perform even better than my original ones since technology has improved a lot in 16 years. They are quite, as the quick cycle is super fast. They fit large loads. They have more wash cycles than my original ones. And the price was very reasonable. I’m very Satisfied.
Pros: ease of use, Quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last LG dryer worked so well and lasted over 15 years - I decided to stick with LG and went with the same, newer and updated version.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer and a matching washer and have ben very happy with both. The dryer has a steam cycle that helps reduce wrinkles. It is very quiet and we haven't experience any vibration even when fully loaded. Large capacity is a big improvement over our old (15 yr. old) dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer in my new home. The capacity is much larger than my old dryer by far. I love being able to dry blankets and comforters. The steam feature works great to get wrinkles out too. The cycles auto pick how long to dry based on the size and I never find damp pieces in the load like I used to in the past.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. My only complaints are: (1) the very first normal cycle I ran left the clothes slightly damp, and (2) I did some bed sheets on the bedding setting and they were well done with about 20 minutes left on the cycle. I thought it would have sensed they were dry and cut the cycle shorter. Overall like the features. Would be nice if the machine did a push notification via app that the cycle was complete.

Ruins my towels

I bought the washer and matching dryer about a year ago, and I love them both. The problem is that one of them is destroying my towels, but I don't know witch. See attached photos. This occurs on both high quality and low quality towels. I have resorted to putting my towels in mesh bags before washing and drying, which seems to solve the problem. I could do some experimentation to determine which machine is the culprit, but I don't want to destroy more towels in the process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
