[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought these a month ago and have been using them about every other day. I like that most of the wash cycles are pretty quick, 30 minutes or less. Something I didn't think was important is a really nice feature. these are WIFI connected and a signal is sent to your phone telling you when the cycle is done. When I am busy doing something else that is a really nice feature especially here in Florida where mildew happens quickly. The same is true with the dryer by knowing when it is done I can get in and hang things so I won't need to iron them later. Our water usage for the month is lower and it is quite likely do to the washer. The dryer also appears to use less. we haven't tried the steam or de-wrinkle features yet, but It is nice to know they are available. We stacked the washer and dryer freeing up enough space to put a 30" cabinet with a countertop and a wall cabinet over it giving us lots of storage and a work surface. We used some left over kitchen cabinets for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first LG dryer purchase was a gas unit. It had to be converted to propane but because of a very poor design, my husband could not change out the orifice from gas to propane. Therefore, I had to exchange it for an electric. LG company was notified of this problem and hopefully there will be a design change. Most dryers have a little door on the side of the dryer but this one did not. We had to basically take apart the dryer from the top to the front panel. Not good. I do love my electric dryer and am grateful for the Flow Sense indicator telling me there was a restriction in the venting. Sure enough our venting was clogged up terribly. Our venting goes through our roof and out and it was clogged badly after 15 years in this home. So, that is an incredibly good feature. It is quiet and has many drying options. I am very pleased. The color is beautiful in a gray/black.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not familiar with “steam drying” concept, but it seemed to make sense. Many clothes irons contain a “steam” option.
This dryer incorporates steam into the drying cycle to give clothing a lift while hot air performs its function.
The concept works. Clothes are measly wrinkle-free at the completion of all cycles that incorporate steam into the drying chamber.
I like this dryer so much I’m investigating purchase of a front loading washer as a companion.
The dryer itself has a completely flat surface top for folding clothes. It is quiet. My swapped out dryer was loud and sometimes ineffective at tumbling and drying clothes.
I therefore rate this dryer “FIVE STARS” and am happy to so recognize its performance. I think the engineers at LG were “on the ball.”
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this dryer for a few weeks and love it. Like the steam option and the air option for delicate items. I like that it doesn’t take much time to dry items even if the dryer is full. Happy with my purchase
