[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are too many sensors and bells and whistles. It keeps saying there’s an obstruction in the vent - but now I’ll be on my 4th technician to come out this afternoon and it’s still not working drying my clothes. I really wish I would have gone for a cheaper less sensitive model. This has been nothing but an expensive headache and I still don’t have dry clothes. Washer seems to be working fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer, well because we needed a new one, it fit within our space for it and it had the features we wanted steam. This dryer came with wifi enabled and we didn't think there was a need for that but hey it came with it so its fine. The dryer works ie it dries clothes. Does it intelligently shut off the dryer when the clothes are dry even if the timer isn't done, not sure... Perhaps it should.

It used to take several cycles to dry anything in our other dryer ( it was only 7 years old). This LG dries even towels at lightening speed!! A normal load of laundry can be dry in half hour, sometimes less!! Easy to operate and quiet!!
