I have it connected to my cell phone and it alerts me when the drying cycle has finished. It also displays a notice on my LG TV that the cycle is done. Nice touch.

Our previous dryer, a 20 year old Hotpoint was ready to be replaced. And though we waited a month for delivery, it has been a dream. Easy to use (sure there are lots of controls, but very self-explanatory.) Love antibacterial cycle. Almost makes doing the laundry enjoyable. The app is a nice feature, only use to notify me when the load is finished. So worth it.

It keeps saying there’s an obstruction in the vent - but now I’ll be on my 4th technician to come out this afternoon and it’s still not working drying my clothes. I really wish I would have gone for a cheaper less sensitive model. This has been nothing but an expensive headache and I still don’t have dry clothes. Washer seems to be working fine.
