[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s only been a couple weeks but so far so good. My Samsung dryer broke after 5 years. Advised by multiple repairman and salesmen (with more Samsung inventory mind you) that LG is far superior. Time will tell but so far so good. Appreciate the app and reminders that old is done.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only problem is that the instructions are too skimpy. I have had to go online to learn about how to operate the features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently replaced my 13-year-old red LG steam washer and dryer that I absolutely loved. I was very disappointed that the red color was discontinued, the black steel is nice but not as cheery. I am so happy that it has a direct waterline for steam and it still has an interior light although the washing machine doesn't. The Thin Q app is amazing and am already spoiled with the convenience of checking the status and receiving notifications on my phone. I was so happy with my last washer/dryer set and hope that these are just as reliable.
Pros: ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wondered why the expected dry time was so long. Then understood that it begins cool dry. This eliminates moisture without burning electricity to heat in the beginning of the cycle.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this a couple weeks now, no issues. Like all the settings offered and the steam function is great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my new home along with a washer. Both the items work fine as advertised. What I like is the silent function compared to the previous generation of washer and dryer I used. To me, the smart functionality is halfbaked i.e. you get notifications but there is no useful feature yet that I would pay.
