[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this a couple of weeks . Sometimes I have to run my delicates more than once but I like my clothes perfectly dry . I love the bedding, antibacterial, and steam sanitary cycle. I will want to try steam fresh for my wrinkled clothes . But I do press the wrinkle cate button which Is an important feature .

I like just about everything about this dryer. Looks good and does a good job drying on any setting. The only issue I am having is connecting it to my WIFI. Washer connected right away but I can't get the dryer to connect

About the Wi‑Fi issue: it’s definitely frustrating when one appliance connects instantly and the other puts up a fight. The dryer should pair just as smoothly as the washer, so something small is likely getting in the way. A quick tip that often helps is making sure the dryer is connecting to a 2.4 GHz network, since many smart appliances don’t support 5 GHz. Restarting the ThinQ app and the dryer’s Wi‑Fi module can also clear things up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we purchased this dryer along with a new LG washer about 1 month ago. We are very pleased with both. We were replacing a pair of LG washer and dryer which we have had for 13 years. This dryer does a great job of drying the clothes and bulky items like comforters. The old dryer was still leaving items damp and was starting to make noise like the rollers need to be replaced. The new dryer is very quiet
