The old dryer was the same brand and lasted a long time without any issues but I had my laundry room remodeled and I decided to replace the appliances. Small issue with the installation that created problems with drying process but once it was corrected, the dryer worked perfectly.

So far so good! The dryer seems to work very well. We purchased the optional pedestals to make the machine more accessible. No More bending down and getting on one knee to reach into the dryer.
We have had the machine a little over a month, and so far we are very happy with the purchase.
I have surprisingly liked the LG Thinq app . It is handy when checking the progress of the load and getting alerts when it is complete and I'm not close enough to the laundry room to hear the dryer's chime.
