[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really nice and sleek dryer. Has lots of features and super easy push button start and setting indicators. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a door issue. When I received my first dryer of this model, the door would not close and it would not start, so I requested a replacement. It was replaced but had a similar issue. We figured out the issue was the screws on the door hinges were not tight enough, and the door sensor did not kick on. Once that was fixed though, have not had any problems since.

First brand new dryer I received didn’t work. Had it replaced with a brand new machine which also didn’t work. Called LG again for help and was told that this is a “known issue.” Their “fix” didn’t work so we returned our washer AND dryer and purchased a different brand. It was a huge hassle and I won’t buy LG again.
