I bought this dryer about a month ago when my old one died. I was so excited about all the features it had. However, after it was delivered and I tried to use it I was very upset. I could not get it to make any changes to the cycles I wanted to use. It turns out the machine was too smart for me. However after a lesson from the techs I now love it. It seems one step I missed was to chose the cycle I needed to turn the know a little to the left. That allows me to use the cycle the way I chose to. Thanks LG

Our old washer 'gave it up' and after some research we found this LG to be the brand we wanted to replace our old W/D with. Although the dryer was still functioning, it didn't make any sense to not replace it since they were both over 13 years old.
