Bought this a month ago after all the other machines I was interested in were unavailable for immediate delivery. That said, it's a nice large capacity dryer that works pretty well. The energy efficient cycle leaves clothes a little too damp for my liking otherwise it's not a bad choice... the washing machine on the other hand... I digress this is for the dryer which I would recommend. The Washing machine on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired!

Not Easy To Install with Propane, Conversion neede

The store did say upon purchase that they couldn’t install the Gas Dryer due to the fact it was Propane Gas and they don’t connect to propane. That I would need to contact my gas provider for hook up. However, my gas company and TB Webber refused to do the job because fear of being sued and voiding warranty. Because actually it not just installing it. The actually Dryer has to be converted to use propane. So I had to by the conversion kit, the machine has to be opened up and it placed inside to convert it before it can be installed. All plumbers and appliance companies don’t do this. This needs to be explained to customers with PROPANE Gas!!!! But now that it’s successfully installed I love it, so quiet and easy to use! However, had to give it a 3 because of nightmare of installation

We bought this when our old dryer died. I bought one that could be delivered quickly. Now that we've used it for a month, I really like it. The lint filter is easy to reach and clean The dryer is LARGE and dries everything quickly. I still haven't been able to link it to my phone app, but can't really see a reason for that anyway.

We received the washer and dryer and were disappointed when the hot water ran and did not stop with the unit off. There were so many issues with delivery it’s not even funny but not the manufacturer’s fault. Once replaced, the new washer had a dent in the side. We accepted it and did receive a discount but after two weeks we needed clean clothes! So far, both units are working great and we have no complaints. Washer spins so well the clothes feel almost dry coming out.

Doesn’t dry well

I bought this dryer 6 days ago. It does not dry the clothes. I put 5 tshirts in to see if it dried. It did not. Dryer sucks. Regret buying it. It’s terrible!!
