[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this new washer and dryer set for almost two weeks now and it’s pretty good. My only complaint is that the tumble dry low setting for delicates never gets the clothes completely dry, so we then need to run it twice. Kind of defeats the purpose of the “smart” sensor.

Bought this late last year and am glad we did. Extremely quiet. Steam feature is a big plus and works well. Dryer has many useful settings that allow you to easily tailor drying temperature, length of cycle, type load without complicated controls. The user interface is simple and intuitive with easy to read dials which is much appreciated.

Still figuring out what works best for my items. Large blankets come out slightly damp and often need a manual setting. The steam option worked great on my curtains and table cloths; no wrinkles. Most clothing dries as it should.

Bought this a month ago after all the other machines I was interested in were unavailable for immediate delivery. That said, it's a nice large capacity dryer that works pretty well. The energy efficient cycle leaves clothes a little too damp for my liking otherwise it's not a bad choice... the washing machine on the other hand... I digress this is for the dryer which I would recommend. The Washing machine on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired!
