Didn't get heat and would NOT repair under warranty no repair for 8 months until finally realized it had a defective part. Still doesn't work very well and would not recommend. Steam does Not work. Completely inaccurate advertising of this machine

There is a lot of pre-set settings, but we often just make our own settings. It's quiet, no vibration noise, load capacity very well suited for our family of three. There's many features we have yet to try (bells and whistles) like the Wi-Fi connection and steam setting. Definitely recommend.
