Overall I'm happy with this dryer. It does its job. My only wish is that it were easier to use the manual settings (for example, choosing heat level). Twisting the knob rotates you through a large assortment of presets, but if you want to tell the thing what to do it's trickier. You can adjust some of the settings on some of the presets, but not all of them, and the simple act of rotating the knob has become a bit irritating because there's a significant time lag between turning the knob and the computer switching over to the next preset, so what should take less than a second takes more than a few. Again, I'm happy with it overall and don't feel a need to replace it, but this seems like it might be a pretty simple thing to improve and I wish they already had.

This dryer is also awesome! Had it for 2 months now and operating flawlessly! We love the ThinQ feature and app on our phones. You get status update notifications, can check on status of the drying cycle, can download customer dry cycles, etc! Plus it it very aesthetic looking and we get nothing but positive feedback from visitors on this unit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes, at least twice, in maybe 50 loads, the dryer just totally shuts off and must be unplugged and plugged back in to operate. Does not blow breaker, just looks like it has finished, but clothes will still be wet. Can't say I've ever seen that with another dryer. Otherwise, its a great dryer. But can't give it a great rating due to that.

The dryer is smarter than I am. Recently installed and it started throwing error codes. Turns out the vent line from the wall to exterior of the horse was clogged at 50%! Had the line cleaned out no more error codes.
