3 months after my warranty ended the dryer broke. An authorized LG service company checked it out and confirmed that the electronics/computer died. No user error, just a bad product. I am extremely disappointed.

It makes it easy to remember when you're running around the house doing other chores. Will need to purchase riser though so that it's easier to load since I'm just not use to a low profile like this. Year old. Works very well when you don't push the wrong buttons. Somehow we engaged the child lock. There is no child lock button. After hours thinking the error code was clean filter we called help line. Had to press and hold a button to clear. Lots of wasted time when a complete owners manual is not provided.

All is good with the washer, for the price though I would’ve expected the readout screen to be a bit fancier than the digital watch I had in the 90s. The washer itself washes clothes well by putting soap and water on them, shaking them around a bit, and then rinsing the soap off them.

These are replacing my 12 year old LG washer and dryer. Love the quality. These are quieter than my older models, clean and dry great, haven't tried the steam setting yet. Love the app that alerts you when the wash or dry is done, no more standing around waiting for it, and it let's you know whether you are at home or elsewhere, very cool.

The new dryer is quieter, very fuel efficient and does an excellent job of sensor drying. This new unit has more upgraded features than the old one and allows for many options for drying.
