Leaking washer

Already submitted two repair request. Service tech has tried twice to fix water leaking but cannot. Only used it around 25 times and it has leaked four of them. No known next steps.

LG must stand for 'Low Grade'

Poorly assembled screws that should be removable are tightened so tight they strip instead of coming out.
Which puts stress on the cheap piece of plastic causing it to crack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The second day I used my dryer it started making loud "banding" noise upon start up. It last approximately 10-15 minutes. It continues to this day and I've had it for five weeks. This is terrible for the price I paid!!!

Improper installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this dryer a month ago (Feb 24) being excited to have a new dryer (not 20+ years old) with so many new features. With a new dryer comes new sounds/smells. Well on May 8th the dryer blew up due to improper installation. Currently I have been without a replacement or a date to when I will receive a replacement. This has given me a very poor experience as I haven’t been able to test all the new features this dryer offers. This cause my entire house to lose power by tripping the main 200amp breaker and almost setting the wall on fire. If it can’t be installed correctly can’t say I recommend the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer is the worst. I have alphas the control board replaced. It always has the d80 code like there is no vent. But this a new construction plus we have checked for any blockages. What I think is the dryer blower not strong enough to vent out.
