[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace my old competitor front-load that I had for 13 years. So far, so good. It much more quieter. I like the "Sensing" feature that starts before the wash to, my best guess, sense how much laundry is in the tub, to adjust wash time. However, setting up the wi-fi to the app took a little time to figure out. Had to watch the YouTube video on how to connect the feature. Once it's connect, it a awesome because it'll alert you when it's finished since it so quiet. It won't let you forget that you did a load of laundry. It also sends a monthly status report through the app. The only thing I wish it had was a light in the tub.

Purchased because previous dryer broke and repairs so expensive it made more sense to replace. However, I find the choices and number of buttons to press and dial to turn way more complex than necessary (I'm not professional cleaner!). Would like fewer and more straightforward settings. Also, because I could not stack on old washing machine, that had to be replaced too.
