[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this washer dryer pair for about three weeks now, no issues. I am surprised that the dryer runs cool about halfway through the dry cycle when clothes are still wet but have been told this is normal and part of the energy saving feature. Hum... that doesn't make sense to me so I have switched off energy save and started using the timed dry feature and this gets my clothes dryer faster without over drying.

A solid machine

The dryer functions and features work flawlessly, each setting performs as expected and there is no disappointment. It takes time to learn which settings are best for your items, the recommended settings are a good starting point but fine tuning is needed for your things in order to get the best drying without damage. The wifi download of settings is useful but not critical because after you become familiar with the settings for your stuff, it’s easier to just punch in the parameters based on what’s in the load coming out of the washer. It is nice to be notified on your phone when the dryer is done. The most surprisingly useful setting is the steam fresh which we use to avoid ironing and to remove fold lines, it works very well.

Next to nothing on this dryer works properly or efficiently. One single 100% cotton sheet in 'Normal' mode (57 minutes) comes out damp. 'Steam Refresh' wets the clothing and wrinkles it worse.

Starting on page 36 of the owner's manual, it provides a list of different cycles available with your unit and descriptions for what to use the cycles for. One of those settings is the bedding cycle, which helps with sheets and other bedding materials.
