[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am used to throwing the clothes in the dryer and walking away to later find all the clothes are dry. NOT WITH THIS DRYER! You have to sort different weights or thickness of items to get simular items together to dry, then reload with the other assortment of weights and run those. Yes, run at least 2 dryer loads from the one washing load. It's crazy!!! I hate this dryer!

Had a couple issues at about 15 years and was recommended to replace since they only last 10 years at the most. The issues went away till 5 years later so it was time to replace both.
