Okay after Warranty Issues Resolved.

Had an issue with the door not staying closed. Took 2 service calls to address. Other than that it seems to be good for now. I enjoy the washer. They are not built like the old appliances so time will tell on the durability. I like the energy and water saving features and they clean better than my old units.

Bad dryer

I honestly cannot give a good review for this product since it has not been working correctly since I purchased it this past summer. It does not dry if towel or a large load is put in it. After 3 cycles of (3 hours) the clothes are still damp. If I put in only a few items they dry great.

Disappointing Dryer

I have been highly disappointed with this LG dryer. Despite the premium price and features, my clothes consistently come out tightly balled up and heavily wrinkled, which defeats the purpose of having a modern dryer. On top of the poor drying results, the control interface and features are overly complicated and not user-friendly. I expected much better performance and ease of use from an appliance in this tier.

Wrinkles and features not working

Dryer causes all my clothes to come out wrinkled. When using steam fresh feature to take out wrinkles, clothes come out wet and worse then they were before. And the wrinkle minder setting on dryer does not work!
