[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great gas dryer. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Works great and does a great job keeping the close static free and smells good. The instructions manual is a little vague with some of the features. But over all I couldn’t recommend anything better for the price. Thanks LG

Hi, there. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience. It’s great to hear how much you’re enjoying your LG Dryer (DLGX4001B) model. Its strong drying performance, reduced static, and fresh‑smelling results really make laundry day easier, and it’s wonderful that it’s meeting your expectations so well. We appreciate your note about the manual, too — feedback like yours helps us continue improving the experience. If you need further assistance, feel free to email lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com. #LifesGood ❤️ ‑LG Digital Care Team ^Juvy
I bought this a month ago and am still trying to find the best settings that work. I do not like to dry my clothing on high, but no other setting gets close to getting the clothes dry. Usually, the waist bands and hemlines - in-other-words, any thicker or layered fabric - is still damp. When I reset the dryer to finish drying, it will not stay on more than a couple of minutes because the sensing system tells it the clothing is dry when, in fact, it is not. I have only been able to get the results I want by using the manual settings. All that is really needed to make this a nice appliance would be a heat setting option and a timing control. All the fancy digital nonsense is pretty much useless. I have not yet tried the steam option.

Hello, we are sad to hear that your LG Dryer has fallen short of your expectations. We recommend utilizing the owner's manual for more specifications on finding the right dry cycle for your clothes. We also recommend trying the speed dry to ensure that extra dry time. http://spr.ly/6425RBGLW ~Tegan
We've had this dryer about 3 months. It's done a great job so far with no problems. It's very quiet and it's nice to get notifications when it's done so the clothes don't sit in the dryer for too long and get wrinkles. When this does happen it's easy to refresh using the steam option. It has a large capacity. We've been able to put several blankets and comforters inside w/o a problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was installed in our apartment a few months ago and it works well. My only note to improve the next version would be to make the light corresponding to the cycle a bit clearer as to which one it is pointing to. Perhaps the cycle name itself should light up to make it easier to figure out. I always have to start from the first cycle and work my way around to be sure it's on the right one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this for about 3 weeks. It took a great deal of effort to get the dryer app installed. It was quite frustrating. There is a light in the dryer but it seems somewhat sporadic. It seems to dry pretty well but some of the heavier towels weren't quite dry.

Dryers that don't dry

I can only agree with most of the reviews on this list. The dryers are pretty much useless. We called the service line we got told to reset the dryer and use it only on the speed dry setting and it worked for a few times, but it takes two or three hours plus times to dry. As a general contractor i see a lot of different systems and LG has been the worse product I have come seen and will try and discourage anyone from purchasing. .

Hi there. We understand your experience with your dryer fell short of your expectations. We'd like to take this opportunity to have a closer look into your issue! If your LG dryer is taking too long to dry your clothes or your dryer is not heating properly, this is likely due to a blockage to the dryer's airflow. Blockages can be caused by an obstruction in the duct work or lint build up on your air filter. Please make sure your lint filters are clean and free of any debris. Please start your dryer on a normal cycle. Next, go outside where the dryer is vented and ensure the airflow is adequate. If there is weak/ no airflow, there might be a restriction that needs to be removed. Are you receiving an error code? Feel free to reach out to us so that we can help zero in on the cause and help resolve the issue! We're available via PM on social media at the handle @LGUSSupport. Be sure to include your phone number, model number, serial number, and error code should you be receiving one. It would be our pleasure to help! ^Chris http://spr.ly/6429Vyc93
I have had my new dryer for about a month and I love it. So easy to operate and drys quickly. Has Wi Fi capabilities which I have not used yet. It is very stylish and looks great. I am quite pleased with purchase.
