[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this now for 2 years ago, and it has been a good dryer. It is very quiet and drys well. However, recently the drum went bad. Drum split on one end and started making a thump noise. LG surprisingly covered the drum under a 3 year or lifetime drum warranty, but the process to get a part was kludgy and frustrating. About 1.5 months later we received the drum and it was replaced quickly.

I bought this in July. Had the washer and dryer installed in September I believe. Since then the dryer wont dry all the way. Clothing is still damp. I also have an area that snags my clothing and damages it. I have since had it "repaired." The very first dry after the repair I have my dryer sheet stuck in the same exact spot. I assume it will only take time till another article of clothing gets caught in the same spot. I was also told to shut off the energy efficiency if I want my clothes to dry all the way. Why even have energy efficiency if it doesn't work?
