A sleek and modern appliance

To start, my old washer was almost 15 years old and was on its last legs. Being able to switch it out for a new LG washer made it a great point of comparison - it looks sleek and modern, and has a much larger capacity than what I was used to. There is a slight learning curve with using the touchpad screen, but honestly I do not want to deduct stars for that reason as again, my old washer was much more outdated and did not have any of the new technologies. The design is sleek and the noise level is minimum, with no distracting vibrations. Last but not least, the amount of detergent I have to use for a load is much smaller than what my previous washer needed in order to clean the clothes.
An investment up front, and the quality is truly felt.

The moment you see this washing machine, you can't help but say, 'Wow.' If you own appliances from brands like Wolf or Sub-Zero, I believe the LG SIGNATURE line is the only one that truly matches that caliber. I used a family member discount to purchase the dryer, SideKick, and pedestal, and the moment they were installed, I felt like my home’s value jumped by hundreds of thousands of dollars.
I was already using a top-of-the-line LG model before, but this one doesn't just have a more stunning exterior and design—it cleans exceptionally well, too. The capacity is so massive that even large comforters fit with room to spare, which seems to result in a cleaner wash that is gentle on fabrics without any damage.
When I placed the order, I was slightly concerned about negative reviews regarding 'detergent error messages.' However, since we use laundry pods, we can simply ignore those alerts and move on. The keypad is also incredibly intuitive, operating with a simple touch just like an iPhone. Selecti And this machine is very quiet !!!
Upgrading to this machine was definitely the right move, and I think it will play a big part in getting a great price when I eventually sell my home. It truly feels like a choice that upgraded our entire house by a level. Once you see the photos I uploaded, you’ll definitely want to upgrade yours, too. It’s absolutely gorgeous.

Huge capacity Washing Machine

One of the nicest washing machines I've ever used. The built in AI technology helps take the guess work out of selecting the washing settings for your clothes as it automatically picks the settings based on the types of fabric in the wash! I also like that it is able to handle a large capacity during a single wash, automatically dispenses the appropriate detergent amounts and is so quiet when in use. I've recently started using the ThinQ app to customize washer modes for certain types of fabrics that I wash and may require more care. Overall, I am very happy with the performance of the washer and love the sleek look!

Having said that, I am a long-time LG customer, and this washer did not disappoint! I love the capacity - we live in cold NE state so a washer that can handle thicker bedsheets and blanket is a must. The massive 5.8 cu. ft. capacity is honestly one of my favorite features. I can wash our toddler’s clothes, my work outfits, and even a full load of bedding in one go. Huge! and so quiet

This washing machine is an absolute unit. The 5.8 cu. ft. capacity is huge! Comforters, big family loads, no problem. It honestly took my family a couple days to fill it up to run one load.
The AI Wash feature is pretty cool! It figures out the load size and how dirty everything is, then adds the right amount of detergent on its own. I don’t have to pour in detergent every time, just fill up the large basin and press run.
It’s also so quiet and efficient. I almost forgot to change the load over to the dryer because I couldn't tell if it was running or had finished.

What a huge tub you have!

This washer is HUGE or as people from New York say "YUGE". With 6 kids, I went from 8 loads a week for my family to 3 just to separate colors. That is efficiency. It's got all the modern features you want and while the price tag is a little spendy, almost all appliances are these days. But, again, if you can do fewer loads that saves time and money. I didn't find it overly loud or clunky, but my old washer was... well, old. So comparison might not be fair.
