Really Disappointed

I am really disappointed in the washers performance. I loved my old washer and dryer, we moved, so I bought the top of the line. I focused on large capacity. I don’t like that there is no bleach compartment and having the soap and softener preloaded makes it impossible to switch between laundry products. I am also disappointed in the amount of stains that remain on our clothes after washing them. My whites aren’t getting white and towels don’t smell fresh. So expensive and I’m soooo disappointed.

We recommend adding bleach directly to the tub via bleach tablets or packets while using warm or hot water when washing white garments. We cannot stress enough not to use liquid bleach with this washer. Bad Design

From the door the dispenser “ door open issue started. Secondly, I am not sure what LG was thinking by not including liquid bleach in the dispenser.. This move is awful and insensitive.

So Pretty and Work So Good!

The design is so pretty and looks very luxury! My friends all say it’s so beautiful. I didn’t think it will work this good because some reviews not so good, but really it’s amazing. I like it so much and I want to tell my friends to buy too!

Premium in Every Detail

This is my first time using a Signature product, and now I truly understand why it is considered a premium line. Even though it features a touchscreen, the interface is incredibly smooth and responsive. Everything transitions quickly and effortlessly.
The capacity is impressive. It easily handles large loads, including bulky bedding, without any issues. I connected it with LG ThinQ, and I was honestly surprised by how many features are available. There are so many settings I can configure and personalize. Being able to customize the washer to fit my own preferences makes it extremely convenient and enjoyable to use.
One feature I especially appreciated is the interior light. When I ran my first load, I was curious to see how it was performing. Being able to turn on the light and check inside while it was running gave me reassurance that everything was working properly.
There has been a lot of discussion about the automatic detergent dispenser, and I agree that it can feel a bit confusing at first. I adjusted some settings incorrectly in the beginning and accidentally ran a load without detergent. However, once I got used to the system, I found it incredibly convenient. It also made me realize that I had been using far more detergent than necessary before. The automatic dispensing system helps ensure the proper amount is used every time.
I also purchased the SideKick pedestal washer as an accessory. It integrates seamlessly with the main unit, and I can control it directly from the primary washer. That level of integration is both convenient and thoughtfully designed.
As for drawbacks, the detergent drawer is located at the bottom of the machine. Most washers have it positioned at the top, so having it lower does feel slightly inconvenient. Additionally, there is no dedicated bleach compartment, which may be a downside for some users.
Aside from those points, the washing performance is excellent. It is spacious, powerful, and overall an outstanding washer.

Quiet, Pretty Combo that works great for me

Well, the items are beautiful and really dress up a laundry room. Super quiet and the app is nice when I have to step away and monitor loads. Both the washer and dryer hold a lot so I can often consolidate multiple loads into one. I've read the other reviews about the detergent dispensing drawer but I use the washing pods so I don't really experience that ever. So far so good on my side, hopefully you experience it the same.

The massive 5.8 cu. ft. capacity is honestly one of my favorite features. I can wash our toddler’s clothes, my work outfits, and even a full load of bedding in one go. It’s cut down the number of loads we do each week, which is huge when you’re juggling work, daycare pickups, and everything else life throws at you.
The TurboWash 360° feature is another lifesaver. It speeds up the wash cycle and washes great every time— even the messy kid stuff. And for a machine this powerful, it’s surprisingly quiet, great for night time loads.

This beast of a washer is perfect for large families. The “Mega Capacity” is true—a king-sized comforter and a week’s worth of towels fit in one load. The TurboWash feature cleans them thoroughly in 30 minutes. Its striking appearance and modern touchscreen make it stand out from other washers. It’s quite similar to being able to sleep next to it.

The washer is amazing and offers many settings that are perfect for our family of 5. Whether it's a normal wash, bedding, delicates, etc, the washer offers a selection for all our needs. I specifically love the capability to have 2 different detergents to select from which helps for washing the adults and kids clothes. The EZ dispenser is fantastic and minimizes time in the laundry room. I'd recommend adding the pedestals for the extra height and storage space.
