What a huge tub you have!

This washer is HUGE or as people from New York say "YUGE". With 6 kids, I went from 8 loads a week for my family to 3 just to separate colors. That is efficiency. It's got all the modern features you want and while the price tag is a little spendy, almost all appliances are these days. But, again, if you can do fewer loads that saves time and money. I didn't find it overly loud or clunky, but my old washer was... well, old. So comparison might not be fair.

Huge capacity; quiet

I love the capacity - we live in cold NE state so a washer that can handle thicker bedsheets and blanket is a must. It is very quiet and given its capacity, not as bulky in size. I am planning to buy the matching dryer when my current one needs replacing.

Huge capacity Washing Machine

The best part is it’s got a huge capacity, automatic dispenser, and smart AI features. It’s also super quiet. The only downside is it just has two dispensers for detergent and softener — no spot for bleach.

I used this product for about two weeks now and I am very pleased with the capacity, cycle options, ease of operation and looks! One of the main concerns in older reviews regarding soap dispenser error seems to be resolved now, as we didn't face it so far. Cycles are easy to choose from the interface and the washer performed well with various loads (bedding, washable rug, regular clothes). Noise levels are okay as well. Looks very sleek and is a great addition to our laundry with existing LG dryer we got last year. Overall I am very satisfied with the product so far, will definitely recommend to others.

A True Upgrade to My Laundry Routine

I received the LG SIGNATURE WM9900HSA washer as a gift, and after using it for a while, I can honestly say I’m very impressed.
Before this, I had a large-capacity GE washer. Even though it was designed for big loads, I often felt like my clothes didn’t come out as clean as I hoped. I also felt a bit nervous whenever I washed bulky items like comforters because the machine would sometimes become unbalanced and cause strong vibration during the cycle.
With this LG washer, I noticed a difference right away. The cleaning feels much more thorough, and even when I wash heavy or oversized loads, the machine runs smoothly with very little vibration and stays stable. Now I don’t feel worried starting a big load, which has been a huge relief.
One feature I’ve really appreciated is the steam cycle. It gives me extra confidence that clothes, bedding, and towels are being cleaned more deeply, and it’s especially nice for items that need a more hygienic wash.
I also love the design — it looks sleek and modern, and the large touch screen makes everything feel high-end but still easy to use. The controls are intuitive, so I got used to it pretty quickly.
The large capacity has been one of the biggest benefits for my household. I can wash bedding and big loads without splitting them up, which saves a lot of time. It’s also quieter than I expected.
Another feature I really appreciate is the automatic detergent dispenser. Not having to measure detergent every time is surprisingly convenient, especially on busy days.
Overall, this washer feels like a true premium upgrade for me. It not only looks beautiful but also gives me confidence that my laundry is getting properly cleaned without the issues I experienced before. I’ve been very happy with it.

Clothes are so soft!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a smaller capacity washer and dryer and switched to this new LG Signature model including the sidekick washer. The capacity provides so much room especially in the dryer that everything feels much softer coming out. We also switched the dryer from gas to electric and I think that also made a difference. We connected the sidekick to the main washer control panel and it is so convenient to use both washers. The AI cycle is the one we utilize the most as it selects based on what is put in the washer or dryer. Very satisfied with both the washer and dryer.

From Skeptical to Seriously Impressed

Here's my review:
I’ve used this washer about 6 times over the past 6 weeks, and I genuinely look forward to doing laundry with it! ;)
First, it’s beautiful. I love the clean, minimal design. There aren’t a bunch of knobs and buttons everywhere. It’s just a sleek touchscreen panel, and it makes the whole laundry area feel more modern.
The feature I ended up loving (a lot) the most is the automatic detergent dispenser (ezDispense). I was actually concerned about this because I had seen some mixed reviews, but it completely won me over. You get two detergent reservoirs, so you don’t have to measure detergent every time or keep bottles sitting out. I currently use one for my regular detergent and the other one for delicates. Once they’re filled, you can just put the bottles away and forget about it — it makes the space feel so much tidier.
The reservoirs are also bigger than they look, which surprised me. When I first turned the machine on, it gave me a empty detergent error, but that was just because ezDispense setting is turned on by default. If you don’t want to use it, you can turn off the setting or even configure it to use just one reservoir. I also love that you can set the exact amount of detergent you want as the default and tweak it per load if needed. It feels very customizable without being complicated.
The preset cycles have also been really nice. I’ve tried AI wash, swimwear, dresses, and bedding. I especially love the swimwear cycle (I never thought about having swimwear washed by a machine; always handwashed them before.. so I''m happy!). It’s nice not having to think too much about the settings; the machine kind of takes care of it for you.
Performance-wise, it just does its job really well. It handles large loads easily, and it’s surprisingly quiet. Even during high spin cycles, it stays very stable and doesn’t shake or move around.
The ThinQ app is another small thing that I didn’t think I’d care about but actually appreciate. Getting notifications when a cycle finishes is convenient, especially when I’m doing other things around the house.
Overall, I’m honestly impressed. It feels thoughtfully designed, powerful, and easy to use. I didn’t get the SideKick pedestal washer initially, but after using this, I can see how it would be an amazing addition — I’ll probably add it later.

Quiet, Powerful, and a Big Upgrade

We’ve been using the WM9900HSA and it’s been a great upgrade. It has a large capacity, so I can wash bedding and towels in fewer loads, and the spin cycle leaves clothes noticeably drier. It’s also much quieter than our old washer.
We also purchased the matching washer pedestal, which I highly recommend. The added height makes loading and unloading much more comfortable, and the extra storage space is a bonus.
I like how sleek it looks and how easy the controls are to use. Overall, it feels high-end, efficient, and does a thorough job cleaning. I’m really happy with it so far.
