An upgrade from my prior computer which was bought in 2016. Very fast, great screen, keys are well placed with an excellent tactile experience.
The only issues I've face is I had an issue with the webcam shutting off. There is a webcam switch on top of the screen which was not apparent to me.
The power button is located in the row of function keys. I would have preferred this to be more of a stand-alone more prominent location
I would recommend this to a friend!

Computer fits all of my needs. The only problem I have is the screen glare. The last HP I purchased had Anti Glare Matte Screen Protector already installed. Guess I will have to live with the glare.

I've been pretty happy with the whole process but the touch pad gets stuck in the down position. It messes my work up so now I have to get in touch with the service department.
