I had this one years ago when it came out, it died and I bought a roomba that drove me batty!! It was loud and obnoxious and took hours to clean because of the self emptying tank. So I returned it and bought this Roborock which was way less expensive! It mapped out my floor promptly and cleans perfectly. The nice thing it does that the first model didn’t do was fine clean around my rugs, I used to have to touch up around rugs but I don’t need to anymore. I haven't tried the mop rag yet because that’s not why I bought this vacuum. Anyway 5/5 stars. Also the noise is actually pretty soothing and I have no problem going to bed with it going it’s like a sound machine! The roomba noise was ear piercing.

Great vacuum

I bought this a few weeks ago. We have a golden retriever and a cat. Not able to get on top of all the hair. This vacuum is worth every penny. I have not pulled out the big vacuum yet! Love it. Great mapping

Once you figure out the many fetures this has and how to use them it make it invaluable. I am a firefighter who is away days at a time and my wife works 5 days a week at a hospital. I bought this so we could have a few less chores around the house and it serves that purchase and more. With the Z 70 we can come home to a clean house and if we are worried about our pets we can control this to look around and even move things around and check to make sure the house is ok. The video is consistantly clearer than any video call ive ever had, and its fun to use. We were worried about this expense but it has proven to be more useful than we had hoped. Thank you Roborock.

Love how much better my floors look. My allergies are much better too. I can clean my house from my office with the touch of a button. Before you use your machine I recommend doing a deep clean vacuum and mop. Then the machine can stay on top of the floors better.

Roboarm and obstacle avoidance are dissapointment

A roboarm is exceptionally slow and inefficient. It takes forever to move even one sleeper. The system does not recognize cat toys, wires, and low-profile obstacles. That was the entire reason to switch to this system. But it simply didn't live up to expectations.

The Arm is useless until you can disable it for certain rooms.

It cleans great. But the arm is a gimmick until they add the ability to turn it on/off for certain rooms. Until then, it’s disabled, because I am tired of it picking up random clothes off my floor and moving them to the mud room until it runs out of battery or gets stuck.
