Useless

A useless piece of crap. It gets stuck almost every time and I have to pull it out. More than once it just shut itself off after bumping into a child seat. The robo-arm is utterly useless—works maybe 1 time out of 10. The last straw was when it failed to detect dog poop and smeared it all over the floor and carpets. I’m tossing it in the trash and wouldn’t recommend anyone waste this much money on this marketing crap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Life-changing. We live in an old house and had a little mouse visiting us this winter, which sent me over the edge about keeping our floors cleaner than ever. My partner and I just can’t keep up vacuuming, sweeping, mopping this dusty old place so I bought this and crossed my fingers. I’m obsessed. It cleans 3 times a week and our place has never felt tidier! Though a bit pricey, it’s well worth it in my eyes.

After reading reviews for the vac and mop models we decided on purchasing roborock. We are glad we did! We love our new floor vac. The suction is great and cleans really well. We have 2 dogs and we set the vacuum to clean every evening and wake up to clean floor. We definitely would recommend.

The Arm is useless until you can disable it for certain rooms.

It cleans great. But the arm is a gimmick until they add the ability to turn it on/off for certain rooms. Until then, it’s disabled, because I am tired of it picking up random clothes off my floor and moving them to the mud room until it runs out of battery or gets stuck.

I got this due to the arm but it's less than useless. It can't pick up anything but light shoes so no sneakers or mens shoes. Every day I come downstairs and the robot is "stuck" with its arm out and it has nothing in the arm. I have no idea why since there's nothing around it to pick up.
Doesn't pick up cat toys or socks either.
