I reset my password & I noticed that everytime I signed in with the new password it says this account is a different email/password to what they have on my account & it also greets me as Hello Sandra & I am not Sandra I am Debora

I bought 2 and use one at my house but the other is more important, I gave it to my Mom, that way she can keep an eye on my 97 years old father when she goes and runs errands. She loves it.

Camera stops streaming

Easy set up, but indoor camera mounted inside cold garage stops streaming shortly after each time I reset. Specs say it should operate in cold. Solid WIFI network.

I love the Roku cameras. I have them in three rooms and I use them to watch my brother who is 73 years old and has down syndrome with some dementia. It keeps him safe and it helps us know where he is at.
