I received this camera about 2 and 1/2 months ago as a gift because of people coming in my house that I did not know of it's super easy to set up super easy to use totally love it would definitely get more

Hard to set up

Have 1 camera outdoor wired it was hard to set up got a second camera indoor wired and I haven't been able to add it to my devices both cameras were gifts I have trouble with all the latest technology

It's alright

Not the best I've had, but it works if you need something quick. I don't like the fact you need a subscription to get recorded videos. That does me no good, can't sit there and watch it live 24/7 also is does have an SD slot but I had to reset my cameras because I got a new network, after I did that no matter what I do they can't detect any SD cards sooo ya they are alright but I will be finding something better soon. I need my security system more reliable, obviously
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there! Thank you for sharing your experience. We want to help you. If you haven't already, restart the Roku Smart device. Take out the microSD card from the camera and put it back in. If you still have problems, remove it again and perform a factory reset. Then, reinsert the microSD card. Additionally, consider inserting it in another camera or a computer.
