Stopped working while out of town Error code 90

The indoor camera worked fine for a few months but then it had a firmware update and one of my two indoor cameras stopped working the other stopped sending us notifications. Very upsetting because we are out of town for a month. The exact reasons we purchased these cameras. Error is commen based on internet comments for these camera

I personally think it would be a great camera if you didn't have to pay a subscription you guys should definitely cut off the subscription part unless it's for the home security , the camera alone is pricey enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Alot of issues

My mom bought these and one was malfunction had to return. I bought some and they were working fine.. Only a couple days after being set up one is not detecting any motions what so ever.. So right now if some walks by I won't know because it is not picking up on any motion.. I have reset it and moved it and nothing.. will not purchase any other roku items after this.. it has not even been a full two weeks of use..

Hit and miss

I bought 2 of these cameras over a year ago. One works fine and the other one works less than half the time. Another problem is I have to access one camera and my husband has to access the other. The cameras won't pair so we each cannot access both. This is a problem as we are not together all the time! The camera with the problem and the app do not work well together. The app has to be uninstalled and reinstalled several times a week. Notifications are not consistent. We tried several times to work out this problem with tech support. They were never helpful. I have always liked Roku. I have 4 of their streaming devices. The camera has been a disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
