Its a great tool, but does require some learning..

Really like the tool. Excellent on yardage from the pin, but navigation requires a bit of learning.

After 2 weeks the golf portion is still a learning process. Constantly get notices when the watch and phone are not in close proximity. On the plus side, it charges fast and lasts much longer than the previous model.

The band is a cheap velcro strap and the watch itself feels like a toy. I couldn't get it to do anything advertised. Returned it.

I bought this after my S20 died. The golf functions are better. The HR, steps, and goal settings are great. The silicone rubber band on the S20 was junk. The fabric band on the S50 is a nicer more comfortable band. The Bluetooth and GPS work well with my Samsung android phone.

I’ve used the Garmin S50 twice so far and I’m still learning. It shows distance but not the course outlay. I’ve read the manual but cannot find anything on how it works. My prior watch was an Approach S62 which was much simpler to use.

I love this watch, I had the Approach X40, and it was discontinued. I loved the X40 but the S50 is amazing and still what I need plus more. I'm still in the learning stage with the watch, but loved what I know about it as of now.
