I'm loving this stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the oven so far, especially the fact that the stove top has two variable burners, one with three rings. For someone who frequently uses a wok or a large stockpot, it’s a huge time saver. My favorite thing about the oven, however is the fact that the top half is convection, which cuts the time to preheat significantly, but also makes sure that cooking is done more evenly. Now we can join the next generation of cooking as I can use my smartphone to start preheating, get a notification when it’s done. Something I’m absolutely in love with as simple as it is, is the fact that, when you set a timer, you can specify that the oven should either shut off at the timer or just keep going.

Great Stove/Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Samsung range about a week ago. I have only used it a few times but so far I do like it.
1. The stove is really nice. I used to have the coil type burners and they were terrible. I will mention my old stove was super old. I do not believe it worked properly. This stove is great. The is actual temperature control. I cannot say its as great as gas being electric but its so much better than my old one.
2. The oven is good. I am not a huge oven user which is why I like the small oven idea that this has. It works well. I do have say, the smell is not excellent. We used the clean function and had to open every window in the house it was so bad. The second time we used it was to cook and it was still very strong. Hopefully this gets better with use quickly.
The main thing to note is the dual oven idea has some slight draw backs for certain people. With the tray in, you cannot remote start the oven (we use Alexa). You also cannot go to the highest temp on bake with the two ovens. The door sticks a bit when open the large door, but that's just a function of it. Its not terrible but I can see friends and family having issues
So overall I am please, specifically with the stove part. I just hope the heat controls last.

Love This Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung stove is absolutely gorgeous, inside and out. The color is black stainless steel. It looks amazing in my kitchen. First, the wifi function with an app. Let’s talk about that. You can preheat the oven from your app and it will be hot and ready with an app push notification when ready for use. Also you can monitor your cooking times with the Samsung SmartThings app. Oh and if you have a Samsung Television, that notification pops up on your TV. So cool. Another feature, Air-Fry. You can air fry from your oven. Imagine that. You do not need a separate device to clutter your kitchen. The air fry chicken comes out golden brown and tastes deliciously good. Now as far as setting the ovens, or the time or turning on the stove- it is super simple. The dials are also smart. The smart dials remember cooking patterns and cook accordingly. This is stove is genius.

Form meets function

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new Samsung duo flex electric range for about a month. Here are some of my first impressions after using it daily.
The delivery guys set everything up for me and left no mess behind. They even started heating up the oven for me and explained that I had to heat it up until the chemical smells are dissipated before cooking in it.
The range is very sleek, modern and expensive looking. The smart dial and touch screen panel is so beautiful and easy to navigate.
I really like that the knobs light up when the stovetop is in use. I had accidently left my electric stove on overnight because it was not easy to tell from a distance on my old range. The lights can help me avoid such accidents.
The first dish I made was French crepes, the burners are really good at holding a gentle even low heat. I was also finally able to make lacy gyoza without burning them.
The range is very sleek, modern and expensive looking. The smart dial and touch screen panel is so beautiful and easy to navigate.
I really like that the knobs light up when the stovetop is in use. I had accidently left my electric stove on overnight because it was not easy to tell from a distance on my old range. The lights can help me avoid such accidents.

I do not care for the location of the vents at the back of the stovetop. Food will inadvertently fall into it and can't be extracted. I can't block the vents so I'm still trying to figure out a way to prevent food from being trapped and molded inside. I also miss having a bridge over two eyes to use a griddle for making pancakes. My oven divider had a chip and dent in it, I was told it doesn't affect performance but I can't get a replacement for it.
The double oven is cavernous. That would be so helpful come holiday season when multiple things need to go into the oven at different temperatures.
I find myself using the upper oven like a toaster oven a lot. I like that it is more energy efficient than using the whole oven and won't heat the kitchen up as much on a hot day.
I love that I can control my oven with the app. It was very easy to set up although it took more time to figure the app out than the oven front panel. I really like that I can choose to have my oven turned off or keep the temp at the end of baking. I could not do any of that with my old range.
The steam clean function is life changing. I absolutely love how easy it is to clean by just wiping off some water. I've decided to do it at least once a month to keep it in tip-top condition.

Beyond Expectations!!

I immediately put it to the test and was greatly surprised at the perfect results in bake mode. I have since tested the air fry option along with the stove and do not have one complaint. Great color and I love the blue lights around the stove knobs. Easy to clean too!

The Samsung Flex duo is a Game changer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One look at the Samsung Flex Duo and you know right away that this is not your ordinary electric range. Everything about this appliance has a premium look and feel. The buttons have a smooth click and glide rotation. The Duo oven doors is an amazing feature. The kids at first thought it was a magic trick. It is truly amazing and sets this Range apart from all the others.
One welcomed edition is the blue glow surrounding the burner buttons. It makes identifying, which element is currently on from across the room. The 4 element burners can be set by the four front knobs. The warming center burner is controlled by a dedicated button on the digital display. Our old range had the knobs on a top back console. They would eventually be covered with grease and if you had large pots you were also in danger of getting burned when you try to change any setting. Having the knobs on the bottom front is a very welcome edition and one that all the cooks in the house really appreciate. One thing to keep in mind is if you have little munchkins running around this can be something to keep an eye for. They can easily turn on the Range.
The digital display keeps things simple and allows you to get into a few advanced settings, but for the most part, it is very intuitive and has a very short learning curve. In a few days, the entire household will understand the different options this range has to offer.
The Samsung smart thing’s app is very simple and straight forward. If you have a newer Samsung phone the app is already included and it takes minutes to set up. You must have your Wifi password handy when setting up the app as it will connect your Range to your Wifi. When you open the app it displays a nice representation of the three zones. For instance, you can easily identify if a burner is on. The app lets you click on an oven zone and set the desired temperature.
The flex duo doors are just amazing and I don’t think we can ever go back. The top section with it’s smaller size is great for a large fish or air-frying crispy French fries. The bottom larger space can easily accommodate a pork shoulder or larger poultry. When you remove the flex partition and open both doors you have yourself a giant oven that can easily handle that 40-pound turkey you always wanted to cook. There is a nice storage drawer below the flex duo door for storing the oven divider when not in use. An included temperature probe is a welcome addition and a must-have for any smart Range. We no longer have to worry about overcooked meat. No need to hawk around the oven looking at temperature sticks or plastic buttons. You can now set a finishing temperature and the oven automatically turns off. Included with the Range is a quick starting guide for basic functions. A full guide with in-depth instructions and how to work the many advanced features of the range.

Great addition to our kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to really put this oven through its paces before writing a review. First off, the black stainless steel is beautiful. It does not show a single fingerprint and with a 2 yr running around thats extremely important. The feature takes a couple once overs to fully utilize all the different modes and settings. The cooktop provides a great variety of pot and pan sizes and the express cook is perfect for those quick boils during lunch. Inside the oven, the duo door feature is great on sundays to allow multiple food items heat up at once allowing for maximum football viewing time! The internal air fryer is a nice touch and allowed us to clear off our counter from that big clunky air fryer unit. I immediately hooked up to the wifi and being a samsung device user smart things was already builtin for easy control of the oven settings. Nothing like being able to preheat the oven from my man cave! I cant recommend this oven enough but its absolutely perfect for any size family!
