[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When arrived it burned everything, adjusted temperature top oven is okay bottom oven temperature is low by 25 degrees. Repair person could not fix. Have owned for over 6 months still hate baking with it, and I used to LOVE to bake! Burner surface is always dusty and doesn’t clean up after spills.

Had High Hopes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After our old stove started acting up, we decided it was time to look for another one. This had great reviews and many of the newest features such as being able to be synced with your phone, and the split oven, I thought might be a nice option for kitchens that cannot accommodate double ovens. Both ovens do heat up quickly. Now the problems and the reasons behind the one star rating. This stove is used every day, many times a day. It was not purchased to be a show piece. The oven does not come with a third rack. This is a shortfall when you do not use the split oven function (a divider you need to insert cannot be used as a rack because it is solid). The divider is stored in the drawer at the bottom so now the drawer cannot be used to store pans. The top oven does not reach the correct temperature. It is off by 50 degrees whereas with most convections you deduct 25 degrees to equal a regular oven temperature. The top oven only has a convection oven capability. Lately, when both ovens are in use at the same time, a loud rattling sound occurs. The fan, which vents on the top of the oven in the back, is very loud. I tried to find an oven that did not vent in the back of the stove top, because it is difficult to keep clean. Splatter, food can end up in the vent. No way to clean it once something gets inside. The cook top is nice, with many options for pan sizes. However, it is not wide enough to bridge the gap to your existing counter. This requires the purchase of rather "ugly" expensive side inserts. If the glass top was just a half inch wider on each side, there would be no issue with this. Apparently, this is one way to save on cost. The glass, for some reason is very difficult to clean even with the recommended cleaning products and procedures. Our previous glass cooktop was easy to clean. The controls are digital and take some getting use to. You have to make sure you press the round dial to get everything to start. If not it stays in limbo. A warning sound would help avoid this problem. And if you inadvertently press the dial, everything can get turned off etc, highly sensitive. I hope the dial does not break. If it does, the oven will not work. The owner's manual provided with the stove is so vague. It is not always possible to access a computer. This was an expensive oven that we hoped would be perfect for a cooks kitchen. Contacting Samsung by phone and chat has been a nightmare. I now have to try to get service on a 2 month old stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my oven about three months ago and really love it. One of my favorite features is the number of options on the top burners in sizes.

Dangerous. Knobs don't lock.

Knobs dont lock. Liked the microwave except that knobs can accidentally be moved and burners turned on fairly easily which can be a fire hazard. Kids kept accidentally doing this and burned the vinly cover we bought separately. Microwave installers just had the same issue and kept burning their hands as they were installing oven over the range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so impressed by my new range! this unit replaced a freestanding one that did the job but that's about it. our new flex duo double oven was a huge upgrade as we always wanted a double-oven. along with being smart home connected, the range offers so much to enhance the cooking experience. i am excited to learn all the features associated with oven as there are so many. samsung along with samsung smartthings have hit the high mark on this one!
i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really looking forward to getting this stove and it hasn’t disappointed.
Not only is it beautiful, but the functionality is outstanding. I like the five-element cooktop, and that the elements have multiple settings for multiple pot sizes. I can fit my burner to the pot! So that’s super handy. The warming burner is especially handy when I want take something off the heat but not get cold. The Express Boil feature actually works pretty well I was quite surprised at the time-savings.
I love that the dials light up in a pretty teal blue. Matches my cookware perfectly. It’s the little things! The large LED display for the oven let’s you know what’s cooking (literally) and the read-out is big and bold. You can’t miss it.
The oven is fabulous! It’s very large and be split into two different sections if needed. The regular/convection oven is the lower oven. I’ve never had a convection oven before, so I had a little bit of a learning curve there. It cooks much more quickly than a regular oven, which is great. It’s nice to know that I can cook dinner in less time after working a full day. It even includes a built-in temperature probe for larger cuts of meat. I haven’t used this yet, but will when the holidays come around for sure.
The top part of the oven can be used as an air fryer. I have a tabletop air fryer, but this one is fabulous! I can air fry an entire package of bacon for the family breakfast or several dozen wings for game time. It heats up fast and air fries beautifully.
The stove has Wi-Fi connectivity which I have set up but haven’t used yet. I have also not set it up yet with our Google Home device. I’m sure once I figure that out, I’ll love it.
My only “complaint” about the stove is that all the dials face front. It takes a little getting used to not lean into the stove while cooking, possibly turning something on. I’ve turned my oven on several times by not paying attention.
My only other complaint is now that I have this BEAUTIFUL stove, I need to completely redo my kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric slide-in range has some pretty amazing and advanced technology. I love that I can quickly and easily transform the range from a single oven to a double oven. This makes it possible to cook two different items at different temps and durations. The wireless connectivity is awesome! I can use my Google speakers or cellphone to turn the oven on/off, to set the temperature and set the cook function (bake, air fry, etc). It can also self clean which will help keep it looking new. It really does have a sleek, appealing design that has totally updated the look of my kitchen!
