A very dumb smart device. Save your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] - must continuously press the "smartcontrol" feature on the stove to keep it "smart". having it connected to wifi is not enough. finished cooking? it turns off. open the door? it turns off. bump the display while cleaning the stove? it turns off. the smart feature is never on (i can’t stress that enough).
- there is only one "chime" that is shared for all alerts. no way to change it. no volume adjust for the alert, only disable sounds from the app
- doesn’t update the time during the time change. trying to "sync time" within the app does nothing.
- touch controls are too sensitive. no way to adjust the sensitivity of the touch screens or a way to turn them off for cleaning.
if you are looking for a piece of smart hardware i suggest you look elsewhere.

Beauty meets Features meets Function

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Flex-Duo is a beautiful appliance with lots of useful features. The most useful of which is the split door. Having the ability to just open the top half of the oven is very convenient when using the divider while cooking two different items at different temps, but also when you just want to “peek” to check on what’s inside. Be sure to read the manual because when using twin mode, there are min/max temperatures for each section of the oven depending on what one or the other is set on (page 35). Oven cavity is quite large - will easily accommodate extra-large sheet pans (21x15"). When using twin mode, you are limited on the height of the dishes that will fit (since you're using only half the space, this is to be expected). Oven shelves move in and out easily, and the sliding shelf is extremely handy – like sliding storage shelving in your kitchen, you didn’t know how much you would use it before you had it! Wish this unit had come with two stationary shelves instead of one. Oven preheats quickly and every setting cooks evenly. Pleasant chiming sounds when it has reached temp or the timer has ended. Air fry feature is fantastic and yields crispy results. If you like to bake bread, the bread proof cuts your waiting time down significantly. One feature that I haven’t yet used is the wifi connection; although the app was easy enough to install and set up. The app, however, does not control the stovetop, only the oven. The stovetop is exactly what you would expect for a smooth, glass surface. Triple burner in the front right is the one I use the most since I can choose which size. Rapid Boil function on the front left burner was impressive! Controls for the oven and the stovetop are intuitive and user friendly. Love the lights behind the stove knobs; makes it’s very easy to tell when it’s turned on. On the burners with multiple size options, the dial has a “stop” or “bump” at the high side of each different option, but unfortunately, not the low end. The dial in the center to control the oven and choose other settings feels modern and refined. Be careful if you have a hood or over-the-stove microwave, because leaning on the front panel can push in the center knob or select one of the other touch buttons. Overall, I am very happy with this unit and would definitely recommend it!

The wifi capability plus captivating stainless steel beauty totally steals the show plus makes for an amazing performance in even cooking. My food comes out great and I love the smell of fresh pizza coming out from the oven. This oven truly brings about an exceptional experience in cooking. I love the locking mechanism to protect my children from unnecessary harm. Also, the lighted knobs makes for a spectacular cooking atmosphere. I totally recommend this product to anyone looking for both performance and exceptional value.

Would highly NOT recommend!

I purchased this range for my new kitchen remodel. Within 3 weeks the bottom oven stopped working altogether and the AirFryer never worked at all. Repair person said "it has multiple broken components and needs a new Mother Board." A 3 week old range should not have so many broken and defective parts. Do not be swayed by the bells and whistles!

What a great Range!

Stove Is not Compatible with the hoood

to keep a long story short... samsung put out a product in the same color scheme, yet does not make the range blue tooth compatible. i did a complete kitchen makeover for a relative and we purchased everything refi, range and hood from samsung. when it came down to it, the range was not bluetooth capable enough to pair to the hood. $10,000 later we have a fridge you can talk to but a hood that turns on manually; when the hood has bluetooth capabilities. the electric range costs way too much for its short coming, and ive made enough phone calls to samsung where the time on the call cost me billable hours just to trouble shoot something thay seems impossible according to them. way to drop the ball samsung!

i love the way this stove looks!! i am excited about the split doors and having the capability to use it as a double oven or single oven if needed. the air fryer option is why i bought a new oven and cannot wait to use it.
