[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the oven but the manual is horrible. They should be more detail and there should be an extra rack for an oven that big.
The warming spot should also be a burner and have its own knob, so it can be used when the oven is locked

This is an incredible appliance! Delivery was smooth but make sure the delivery staff know the type of 240V plug you have. Cooking is a breeze and it does everything as advertised! We highly recommend this range for the multiple cooking styles modern cooks are trying out! Hope this is of use to your future customers.

Horrible temperature controls

Possibly the worst purchase I have made in years. I am an avid cook and wanted to replace my gas stove, the cooktop temperature controls are almost useless and take forever to increase or decrease, the fast boil element is good for one thing only boiling water, it is virtually impossible to adequately adjust temperature to actually use it for cooking. This makes it difficult to have two large pots or pans going at the same time. The oven works fine. I love my Samsung bespoke fridge, this stove looks great but if you are a serious home cook who needs to have accurate temperature control avoid this range. Really disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great range with lots of options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this for our newly built house. It is a great stove/oven combo. The stovetop heats evenly and quickly. The oven's tempterature seems to be accurate as far as temperature. We usually have to cook food 3-5 minutes less than the recommended time or it will overcook/burn. It's also important to note that you should let the oven completely preheat before adding food. We learned this the hard way and burnt our first pizzas we cooked using the top section. I gave this 4/5 stars because of the smart dial (knob). It makes it harder to clean around, and I really wanted the range without the knob, but I believe it was discontinued. Overall, a great purchase, and I would definitely buy again!
