Love the double oven

I really like it except for the oven controls lighting up with the slightest bump. 3 weeks ago, we baked something at night, next morning the oven is not working. Control panel is unresponsive. Burners work fine. It's under warranty but first repairman didn't seem to know what he was doing. Still not fixed and waiting 2 more weeks for parts. If reliable, I would recommend this oven. It looks great.

Color is peeling off and door want close

ive had this range for a little over a year, the color started to peel off the first month and now the door wont shut all the way.the glass scarthes easily when being cleaned. i wouldn’t recommend this product.

A Love/Hate Relationship

love the look and the idea of an air fryer and dehydrator in a single unit. after 7 months, the oven will not achieve or maintain the desired temperature. i've learned 3 important things: 1 samsung can be counted on to honor the warranty, living in a fairly remote area causes issues for repair services, 3 - the warranty starts from the date of purchase not the date received/put into use. i believe this was a fluke and not representative of samsung quality.

Nice range, with a range of useful features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this rang for a few months now and are very pleased with the various features, along with the double oven capability. Some areas that could be more useful: - The control knob lighting is poor. Settings are impossible to see clearly. - When cleaning around the controls, everything comes on, even though there is no intent to use the controls. Likewise, whenever the oven door is opened, even if just to place something in the oven. - The fan in the convection oven is a bit noisy. - The upper oven has to be used as a convection oven only.
