[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very pleased with our new smart electric range. we are transitioning our home appliances and already have a smart fridge, washer & dryer. when it was time to replace our range it was easy decision. love the features and the flexibility of one large oven or two! the only concern that i had was that i was replacing a freestanding range that had the controls on the back. that said, samsung has a 4 inch or 9 inch stainless steel backsplash to compensated for the unfinished backsplash -yay! i would recommend. i received compensation for this review but the review is my own.

Good looking range but

bought this range for thanksgiving and it started glitching in les than 3 weeks since newly installed. sensor screen isnt as responsive as when was new and one of the blue o ring backlight on the stovetop knob isnt working anymore. on top of that, serial number plate is either missing or hard to find (need to remove the range)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Technology galore, manuals need additional detail

so far so good; range delivered last week, and seems to work as expected. took some research to figure out how to access some of the features (air fry). didn't realize, at first, that you needed to take out the oven divider to access the air fryer functionality. this wasn't listed in the owner's manual (that i could find). had to contact samsung while problem shooting. looks nice, and otherwise seems to work as advertised.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks to be a great range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] purchased this unit to replace a 15 yr old ge range. my wife does a lot of baking so the dual oven capability caught our eye. also the convection/air frying capability. unit just delivered today, so looking forward to getting it setup. will try to update this review at a later date once we've had the opportunity to try it out.

i like how the stove look and how convenient to have an air fly build it. the stove was on backorder for three months before it arrived. i do not mind waited for that long to get a beautiful stove.
