[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall this is a nice range, Faster cook times.
Both Front cooking elements are misaligned/off center. The back metal trim spacer strip was bent. This is not the same type of slide-in as my Kenmore. I had to cut off the edges of the counter because this is a free standing-slide-in. The Touch Panel is too sensitive, if you lean in too far and your body touches the panel it activates one of the buttons it touches. When the Oven is cooling down with door closed, the metal POPS.

Variety of functions and heats fast.

I have had this product for 7 weeks. I have the same problems that most have withe the cooktop cleaning. I tried to clean the burner knobs and the left burner snapped in half when I removed it. The fan is loud and squeals when the oven and burner are on at the same time.
Cheaply made to have these issues after only 7 weeks.

We all know a working range is needed to cook your food, Bobbie. Let's go ahead and check the noise and where to get a replacement knob.
Your range or cooktop can be quite noisy in certain circumstances. The oven will click, the fan will blow, and even cracking or whistling might come from induction cooktops. Please check these links for details.

The new Samsung range's new features were beyond my expectations. It looks great in my kitchen. It matches the other home appliances nearby. I really enjoyed the Samsung features, performance, and new design. I highly recommended this product.
