Poor quality of glass top

we have used our new range a few times now and each time we see a new scratch or stain. we have had other ranges like this without issue. we have the correct cookware for this type of range and the kit to clean it. still an issue. very disappointed, it was pretty expensive for the quality we are seeing. will be raising it to warranty for options.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Decent all around range with some imperfections

the range functions well. the oven takes forever to heat up -- like a good 10-15 minutes ! that seems unreasonable to me. the top glass scratched immediately upon using it one time (carefully) and trying to keep it clean is a struggle. there is a weird rubber seal between the glass top and the stainless steel front that just loves to trap food especially crumbs. its a poor design.
the amount of different sized burners is over kill as you will prolly never use em.
when you use the oven, a fan will run for a good 20 minutes after to "vent" the oven. to hasten this you have to leave the hot oven door open so it can cool faster.
over all its a nice looking product and serves its purpose just dont expect it to blow you away in any category.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great oven/stovetop - cheap knobs

great spacious oven. i have absolutely zero complaints about it's ability to get the job done. it does what it needs to do. my one, and rather large, complaint is that the stove knobs are all cracking. one has broken off completely. i just checked the rest and they're all cracking, so only a matter of time before they're all broken off. with that said, i've found replacements online, but none that are black to match. they're all stainless steel (silver). not sure if samsung takes the time to read these but help would be appreciated...
